Why Cycle Toronto is applying for charitable status
To increase the sustainability and efforts of Cycle Toronto, the Board of Directors and the Executive Director are recommending the organization apply to the Canada Revenue Agency for charitable status. At the AGM members will ask members to vote on this issue.
Specifically, members will be invited to vote on (1) the application for charitable status, (2) amendments to the By-laws of Cycle Toronto, and (3) changes to the Letters Patent of Cycle Toronto. Members who cannot attend the AGM may still vote on this matter using the proxy form.

How our members can get involved
