E-Cargo Bike Training Workshop
E-cargo bikes can be a little intimidating at first, but they are a great and easy way to carry things around town while getting in some exercise and reducing your car use. If you’ve been looking to invest in an e-cargo bike, or are interested in alternative modes of urban freight delivery, but aren’t sure where to start, we’ve got the perfect workshop for you. Get a head start on spring riding with our Cargo E-Bike Rider Workshop Course.
The session will be broken up over 2 sessions, and will include a presentation on Safe Cycling as well as a chance to get on the bike and test your skills. When you register, you’ll be asked to select a time slot for a) your Safe Cycling workshop session (in person or virtual) and b) your on-bike experience! We’ll take you out on the cargo e-bike and take you through a skill testing course to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to take to the roads. Please ensure you sign up for both the workshop and your on-bike experience.
*Participants must be 16 or older, provide their own helmet, and be comfortable riding a pedal bike
