Etobicoke Cycling Advocacy Summit

Do you live or work in the the orange zone on this map of Toronto?

Are you passionate about a particular cycling or safety issue in your area?

If so, join others from across Etobicoke in planning a cycling future for your neighbourhood at the upcoming Etobicoke Cycling Advocacy Summit.

RSVP to get involved in local projects right now!

We will start with some tasty snacks and a brief introduction to Cycle Toronto and our Ward Advocacy program.

From there we will hear a summary of some of the big ideas suggested at last year's summit, after which you'll have a chance to vote for your favourite projects.

Next up, we will divide into break-out groups so everyone has a chance to tackle two priority topics:
  1. Cycling Network 10 Year Plan: What does City Hall have in store for Etobicoke?
  2. Toronto Votes 2018: Help us raise cycling as an election issue in your community.

This event is part of a series that is intended to make it easier for new volunteers to get involved in shaping the growth of cycling culture in neighbourhoods all across our city. It is a chance to connect and coordinate with others who are engaged in cycling programming, or otherwise working to improve cycling in Etobicoke.
